I found an article on the wikipedia which provides guidelines and rules of the thumb on how to write unbiased, objective articles. In their terminology, POV (point of view) is a biased statement, as oposed to NPOV (neutral point of view) which is an unbiased statement. They stress the importance that, an unbiased article can include a POV; but to ensure that the whole article is not biased, these articles need to site more than one POV in an objective, non-judgemental approach.
I encourage you to read the full article
