nice words! and true.... as individuals we fight to stand out of the crowd and show others our unique individuality but at the same time we fear being excluded and outcast from the group. So, we follow the norms and rules and pretend to agree with every little thing from the way we define ourselves and think to our haircuts and how we dress. It is a struggle

It's a struggle with yourself as the prize if you survive! I find it odd that not many people fight the fight, when it is the essence of who they are at risk!
